Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of consultation services, all payments made are non-refundable.
Once a service is booked and payment is completed, no refunds will be issued.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Technical error resulting in failed service delivery
Such cases will be reviewed and processed at our discretion.
3. Rescheduling (For Calls)
- Call sessions may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
4. Service Delivery
- Chat consultation responses will be provided within the stated time frame.
- Delays may occur in rare cases, but reasonable effort will be made to fulfill the service.
